1. Program Overview
The VIP Ambassador Program is designed to reward our handpicked ambassadors with VIP experiences in exchange for social media engagement and venue attendance. Your role is to share your experiences on social media, attend our venues regularly and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere we create.
All Ambassadors MUST download the Artesian Loyalty App to access the benefits listed below. A referral link will be sent via the VIP Instagram, which will automatically upgrade you to the VIP Ambassador tier.
2. Exclusive VIP Ambassador Benefits
FREE Daybed at Cali Beach (Up to the value of $550)
• Includes a bottle of champagne, South Ave seltzers and a food platter.
• Must bring a minimum of 5 friends (6 guests total, including the ambassador)
• Must stay for a minimum of 4 hours.
• Must be claimed monthly to maintain membership.
• Exclusions: Public holidays, major events, NYE, and special events
• Booking: Reserve via the VIP Instagram. Scan your Artesian Loyalty App voucher in-venue to claim.
FREE Birthday Cabana at Cali Beach
• One complimentary birthday cabana per year including bottle service and food platter.
• Must bring a minimum of 15 guests.
• Must stay for a minimum of 4 hours.
• Exclusions: Public holidays, major events, NYE, and special events
• Booking: Reserve via the VIP Instagram. Scan your Artesian Loyalty App voucher in-venue to claim.
$200 Global Bar Tab at all Artesian Venues
• Available daily for ambassadors
• Can be used for beverages only.
• Must attend at least once per month to retain this benefit.
• Your Global Bar Tab will be available via the Artesian Loyalty App in your ‘Wallet’.
VIP Booth with Bottle Service at Bedroom Nightclub or Havana Nightclub
• One VIP booth with bottle service per month at Bedroom Nightclub or Havana Nightclub
• Must bring a minimum of 8 friends.
• Must stay a minimum of 4 hours.
• Available Fridays only
• Booking: Reserve via the VIP Instagram. Scan your Artesian Loyalty App voucher in-venue to claim.
• Exclusions: Public holidays and special events
Priority Entry to Cali Beach, Bedroom Nightclub and Havana Nightclub
• Always enjoy VIP priority entry across our venues for you and your girlfriends
• Cali Beach: Anytime = no limit
• Clubs: Before 11pm = no limit
• Clubs: After 11pm = maximum of 5 girlfriends
• Your Priority Entry pass will be available via the Artesian Loyalty App in your ‘Wallet’.
Exclusive invites/tickets to all Artesian events and parties
• For you and 1 girlfriend (NYE, Launch parties, Festivals etc.)
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
Monthly Attendance
• Ambassadors must attend at least one Artesian venue (Cali Beach, Bedroom Nightclub or Havana Nightclub) per month.
Social Media Engagement
• Ambassadors must share and tag Artesian venues in their social media posts during each visit.
4. General Terms & Conditions
Subject to Availability
• All benefits are subject to availability and cannot be used on public holidays, major events, NYE, or special events.
Booking in Advance
• For daybeds, cabanas and VIP booths, ambassadors must book in advance via the VIP Instagram’s. All benefits must be claimed via the Artesian Loyalty App vouchers found in your ‘Wallet’, on the day of your booking.
Program Changes or Termination
• Artesian Hospitality reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• Benefits may change or be revoked at Artesian’s discretion.
Program Compliance
• Ambassadors must adhere to all program requirements, including attendance and social media obligations.
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the program.
