Fig ‘n’ Fox

A proper English pub is coming to Surfers Paradise.

Set on the corner of Orchid and Elkhorn Avenues, Fig ‘n’ Fox is Artesian Hospitality’s newest venture – a warm, character-filled British pub designed for long lunches, after-work pints and late-night singalongs.

Currently undergoing a full-scale transformation, the venue will span multiple spaces from indoor and outdoor dining to a lively games area complete with pool tables and electronic darts. Downstairs, a dedicated basement live music space will set the scene for unforgettable nights in the heart of the Gold Coast.

Inspired by traditional English pub architecture, expect rich timber finishes, cosy booth seating and a central bar made for gathering. This is a place built on familiarity, comfort and good times — whether you’re dropping in for a quick pint or settling in for a Sunday roast.

The menu will champion classic British fare, from bangers and mash and beef & Guinness pies to golden fish and chips and Yorkshire puddings. Led by UK-born Chef Richard Harris, the offering will honour tradition while embracing a few Australian pub favourites — think a proper chicken parmi and quality steaks done right.

From day to late night, Fig ‘n’ Fox is set to become Surfers Paradise’s new local — a place for cold beers, hearty meals and live music shared with friends.
