ARTESIAN BIRTHDAY BENEFIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Benefit in Item 1 of the Schedule.
  2. The Benefit is conducted by the person or legal entity defined in Item 2 of the Schedule.
  3. The Benefit commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date as set out in Item 3 of the Schedule.
  4. Benefit is open to eligible participants only per Item 4 of the Schedule.
  5. Claim for benefit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  6. An eligible participant may only receive the benefit by complying with the Enquiry Procedure given in Item 5 of the Schedule.
  7. Participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or engage in unlawful or improper conduct, or do not comply with these terms and conditions will be excluded and disqualified from the offer.
  8. The offer is to receive the benefit set out in Item 6 of the Schedule.
  9. The participants will be contacted per Item 7 of the Schedule.
  10. Artesian Hospitality App members must claim the benefit per the Claiming Procedure in Item 8.
  11. Should the benefit be disrupted, delayed, or be unable to be conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the person or entity conducting the benefit, then, in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law, it may modify, cancel, or postpone the benefit as required.
  12. Any dispute arising in relation to the benefit will, in the first instance, be resolved by discussion between the parties.
  13. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Policy of the Person or Entity conducting the offer. Participant consent to the use of their name and social media profile handle being used and disclosed for the purposes of announcing the recipient and promotions and other marketing directly related to the benefit.
  14. The applicable jurisdiction of this benefit is Queensland, and the laws of Queensland shall apply.

ITEM 4

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT

  • Participant is aged over 18
  • Participant is not a current employee of the person or entity conducting the Benefit
  • Participant has complied with the Enquiry Procedure
  • Participant provides ID to confirm their qualifying birthdate
  • Participant accepts and complies with these terms and conditions
  • Participant is a resident or currently accommodated within Australia
  • Participant needs a minimum of 20 guests to activate the offer
  • Participant is available to claim the benefit per the Claiming Procedure
  • Participant is a customer of Artesian Hospitality

ITEM 5

ENQUIRY PROCEDURE
Participant is to request the benefit to receive a Birthday celebration via the form on the link provided.

ITEM 6

THE BENEFIT
The participant will receive a birthday party at selected venues, Cali Beach, Bedroom Club, Surfers Pavilion, Tax Office for up to 30 guests.

CONTACTING THE PARTICIPANTS
Participants will be contacted after requesting the benefit via form on the link provided. 

ITEM 8

CLAIMING PROCEDURE
Participant needs to notify Artesian Hospitality of the time and date that they wish to host their party *subject to availability in all locations. Participant to present ID on the date of the event.
