ARTESIAN LOYALTY REWARDS & BENEFITS TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL USE

  • All vouchers and promotions are subject to availability, at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or use of any voucher or promotion at any time.
  • Patrons must comply with all standard venue policies, including but not limited to, tattoo policies, booking policies and dress codes.
  • Noncompliance may result in termination of Artesian Loyalty benefits.
  • Artesian Hospitality reserves the right to withdraw or chance any benefit, reward or promotion at any time, without notice.
  • Loyalty rewards and benefits can only be redeemed & acquired in venue and can not be redeemed or acquired through third party apps.

Time Limited Vouchers are only valid at the venue specified on the voucher, for a limited time period. Time Limited Vouchers expire as per the time indicated by the countdown timer.

A member may receive any of the time limited vouchers below:

• Free express entry to Cali Beach
• 50% discount voucher at Cali Beach
• $15 voucher at Surfers Pavilion
• 50% off at Surfers Pavilion
• $25 voucher at Bedroom

One $25 Referral Voucher will be issued per successful referral. Vouchers will only be issued once the referee has made a purchase, scanned their Artesian Loyalty member card and accrued points.

The Cali Locals Pass entitles the member to free entry at Cali Beach. Only available to residents within the City of Gold Coast postcodes 4205-4287.

SILVER TIER REWARDS

• Each time you earn 500 points in a quarter, you receive a $50 voucher to use at any of our locations regardless of your tier level.

Ambassador BENEFITS

  • This voucher is valued at $25 and is valid for use at all Artesian venues, except for TAMA Dining.
  • The voucher renews daily.
  • The voucher is for personal use of the Ambassador.
  • The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
  • It is not valid during ticketed or special events.
  • Ambassadors enjoy both Silver and Gold benefits as per the applicable tier terms and conditions.
  • The $500 bottle service voucher is not included as part of the Gold Tier benefits.
Premium Access
  • Ambassadors will receive early notifications about upcoming events before they are publicly announced.
Exclusive Event Privileges
  • Ambassadors are entitled to VIP invitations to official pre and post-event parties featuring prominent artists.
Complimentary Tickets
  • Ambassadors will receive free tickets to major festivals and events across the Artesian Hospitality network.
  •  Subject to availability and specific event terms.

Vouchers & Personalised Discount Codes

  • Ambassadors will from time-to-time receive complimentary vouchers and personalised discount codes for upcoming events.
  • Distribution of these benefits may be activated by the Ambassadors social media interactions, content creation related to the events, or promotional campaigns conducted by the ambassadors.
